MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite  Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, ready to assist.
 

At Chase Knolls, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Sherman Oaks! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, youre more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Chase Knolls has covered, garage parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in Sherman Oaks, CA is even easier. 

Our apartments in Sherman Oaks, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind, use the spa! Chase Knolls is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

In each of our Sherman Oaks apartments, you'll find stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, including a gas range, and a washer and dryer to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. 

Our Sherman Oaks apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMIN

We are looking to ensure you meet our rental qualifications, we rent to all qualified applicants. 

Our applications take up to 72 hours to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

Our Renter's Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renter's Insurance policy at Chase Knolls, please contact our leasing office!

For internet and cable providers you can use Spectrum, Verizon, or ATT, keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet! 

If your situation changes, we require a 30-day notice and termination fee.

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all others utility fees,  will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Upon move-in, you can set up your utilities through our resident app, Updater. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at Chase Knolls.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in the Los Anges Unified School District and there are a variety of schools to choose from. 

Come visit us and find your new home! For easy directions from where you are, you can use our Google Business Profile or call our leasing team for additional directions.

You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Chase Knolls, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these Sherman Oaks apartments in a designated historical monument, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Sherman Oaks, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate. 

Being located in the heart of Sherman Oaks means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at the nearby Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like Sherman Oaks Galleria. That is just the beginning! We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments in Sherman Oaks, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities, pet rent, and parking to name a few.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

We want Chase Knolls to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
